Ahmed Tibi is Dedicated to PLO

MK Ben Ari: Ahmed Tibi is Dedicated to PLO

Arutz Sheva News

In lieu of the participation of MK Ahmed Tibi in the PA UN delegation, MK Dr Michael Ben Ari (Power to Israel) demands his immediate disqualification as an MK.
“Tibi has declared his allegiance to the PLO. Israel has declared the PLO a terrorist organization, and so Tibi’s list should be disqualified. We will approach the Elections Committee with a dossier packed with proof the Tibi is a PLO agent in the Knesset.”

Knesset Members Aryeh Eldad and Michael Ben Ari of the Power to Israel faction have announced plans to burn PLO flags in the course of a protest Thursday afternoon.

The protest is planned to take place at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, outside the UN Headquarters at Armon Hanatziv in Jerusalem, during the UN General Assembly vote in the Palestinian Authority's request for observer state status.

Other candidates on Power to Israel's Knesset list will be on hand, including Baruch Marzel. Aryeh King and Itamar Ben Gvir.

MK Eldad explained that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu should have reacted forcefully against Mahmoud Abbas's unilateral move at the UN. Instead, he said, he is behaving like "a dishrag."

"Israel must declare immediately that the meaning of the unilateral Arab step is the annulment of the Oslo Accords," he added. It is not enough to vote against Mahmoud Abbas's proposal at the UN, he said, the PA must also be declared illegal, and its flags be burned "from the moment they asked for recognition as a state."

MK Michael Ben Ari (Power to Israel) said Tuesday that the newly selected Likud list contains good nationalist names – but those names are not enough to keep Likud's leader from steering the nation in the wrong direction.
"Without a doubt," he said, "Elkin, Hotovely, Yariv Levin and Danny Danon are honest ideologues and they mean what they say. However, we must remember that they were already in the Knesset in the previous term, and that did not prevent Netanyahu from recognizing a Palestinian state and freezing construction in Judea and Samaria."

"The influence of these members is marginal, I am sorry to say, and it will continue to remain marginal. We see this already this morning, with Netanyahu saying that he wants to keep Dan Meridor and Benny Begin at his side."

Ben Ari did not mention the newly elected Moshe Feiglin in his statement.
Ben Ari also blasted Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman. "The man is an elections hound, and history proves that on the eve of elections he always makes right wing statements and is suddenly deep within the Right, but it is no secret that inside, at home, in critical government votes, Lieberman turns out to be an opportunist, and he was a partner to all of this government's failures."

Ben Ari noted the government's "surrender" in Gaza as a case in point. "Instead of entering Gaza, erasing the enemy and bringing Hamas down on its knees, the Netanyahu-Lieberman government delivered a disappointment, and not for the first time."

Ben Ari heads the newly formed Power to Israel faction together with MK Aryeh Eldad.

Ben-Ari: Speak to Hamas in Arabic

Arutz Sheva 22/11/12

MK Dr Michael Ben Ari’s new party strongly castigates the truce with Hamas, “Instead of sufficing with quiet for the next couple of months, Israel should have removed Hamas from power in Gaza and completely defeated them. This is what the public demands, and the joint Likud-Yisrael Beiteinu party that did not deliver, will pay the price in the upcoming elections.”

Arutz Sheva 20/11/2012
Acre Police Warn Ben Ari of Riot Ahead of Visit
In an unusual turn of events, police in Acre asked MK Michael Ben Ari, due to arrive in the city in an hour for a press tour, not to hold any events in the city in light of intelligence information predicting disturbances from radical Islamists.

Ben-Ari said that he will travel to Acre as planned and that the time has come for Israel to stand strong and show rioters who is boss, saying, "Our Acre will win and we won't fold to a group of rioters who think that Acre is Palestine."

Vote For "STRONG ISRAEL'

MKs Eldad, Ben-Ari form 'Strong Israel' party

Rightist lawmakers split from National Union to 'fight for country's Jewish character'

Knesset Members Arieh Eldad and Michael Ben-Ari are splitting from the National Union and forming a new party, Strong Israel, under the slogan "There are no rights without obligations." Extreme rightist Baruch Marzel was placed third on the new party's roster ahead of the upcoming elections; Aryeh King of the Israel Land Fund, which supports Israeli development in east Jerusalem, was given the fourth slot, while Itamar Ben-Gvir, another extreme-right activist, will fill the fifth spot.

Eldad announced the establishment of the new party during a press conference in Jerusalem on Tuesday, but said "We cannot talk politics before we discuss south Israel. A million citizens are currently sitting in shelters under the threat of rockets while the government, which can only be defined as insane, continues to supply electricity and water to Gaza. This is one of the things we will try to change as a new faction in the political arena. There is an external terror threat and an internal terror threat in the form of infiltrators."

Strong Israel leaders during press conference

ccording to Eldad, Strong Israel aims to fill a "vacuum" he claims exists in the rightist political bloc. "(Yisrael Beiteinu head) Avigdor Lieberman has joined (Prime Minister Benjamin) Netanyahu and will sit with (MK Dan) Meridor in the same party, while Aryeh Deri is dragging Shas to the left, to the Oslo days. Therefore, there is an ideological need to remind people that without obligations there are no rights. The land of Israel belongs to the people of Israel."

Ben-Ari told the reporters, "We will not join the coalition for jobs or budgets. We will join only in exchange for the implementation of principles that will strengthen Israel."

Eldad addressed claims that his new
party promotes intolerance and hatred of others. "A Jewish majority does not constitute hatred for others. We are fighting for the (country's) Jewish character," the rightist lawmaker said.

The National Union issued a statement saying the establishment of the new party "is a day of celebration for the Left due to the loss of tens of thousands of votes and a return to the days of Oslo."

Anyone that wants to volunteer to work in their neighborhood by getting a group together to a speaker from the party, hang a banner on your merpezot, hand out flyers, stickers, etc., please contact me at: Barbaraandchaim@gmail.com with your name, address and cellphone number and I will turn it into the Knesset office of Ben-Ari to be shared with his running mates.

Ben-Ari shows Israeli pride at a Soccer game

This is at a Soccer game between Beitar Yerushalaim and the Arab group of Sahnin, who didn't want to have Israeli symbols, like the Israeli flag, put up in the game.
So Ben Ari decided to let them know that this is the state of Israel, and Israeli symbols will be put up just about everywhere.
You can see Ben Ari here after about 43 seconds.
